1994 was our very first harvest of Ice Wine. A small experimental harvest that gave 30 liters of precious juice, harvested at the end of November, at a temperature of -8\u00b0C. This vintage gave us a density limit for the standard of Ice Wine. So we created a brand new product.<\/p>\n

The first Late Harvest:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Commercialized as Late Harvest, this first vintage 1994 received really good comments. For this reason, we decided to expand slowly year after year, planting new Vidal plants and increased the production.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
