Seyval Blanc

Dry, light and fruity with shades of yellow and pale green. A nose of green apples, white flowers and honeysuckle. Demonstrates a nice intensy. The 2016 vintage will be available at the vineyard at the end of May and et the SAQ store in June 2017.

Wine & food pairing:
It will come along well with sea food or fish such as haddock, sole and salmon in a citrus sauce.
Serve between 8 and 10 °C.

Boisé d’Havelock

The Boisé d’Havelock is made from 100% Seyval Blanc and is aged in American oak barrels from 6 to 9 months. This gold colored wine has subtle wood notes and the nose is marked with attractive vanilla aromas. The 2015 vintage is unfortunately out of stock.

It can be paired with fine cheeses or lightly spices dishes. Serve between 8 to 10 °C.

Cuvée Spéciale

The cuvée Speciale is principally made of Cayuga, Vidal and Geisenheim grapes. It puts forward delicate fruit and flower aromas mixed with honey notes. On the palate, it is flowery, fresh and well balanced with a mild fruity finish. The 2015 vintage is unfortunately out of stock.

Perfect for an aperitive, it is also ideal with first course elabored with fish, seafood or white meat. Serve between 8 to 10 °C.

Rosé Marie-Line

This rosé has pleasant pink-orange shades. It is aromatic with a nose of strawberry and raspberry accents. Light, fresh and well balanced, the finish is long, fruity and delicious. The 2015 vintage is unfortunately out of stock.

Ideal as an aperitive. Serve with fish, poultry, goat or soft cheeses. A delightful wine ! Serve between 6 to 8 °C.

Marathonien Rouge

This red wine is a blend of Frontenac (50%), De Chaunac (25%) and Maréchal Foch (25%) aged 10 months in oak barrels. From a very good vintage, this wine will surprise you with its dominance of cherry, blackberry and blueberry accents combined with spicy notes. A red wine to discover! The 2015 vintage is unfortunately out of stock.

A medium bodied wine ideal with grilled pork or beef. Serve between 12 to 14 °C

Vinifera rouge

This splendid blend, made of 50% Cabernet Franc and 50% Merlot, will seduce you right from the opening. The nose is marked with peppers, fruit and mineral aromas. On the palate, the tannins are present and soft with a fruity ending. A wine with a good aging potential, a wine of distinction! The 2015 vintage is unfortunately out of stock.

It will go along well with pork fillet of beef in a mushroom sauce. Serve between 12 et 14 °C.

Late Harvest

This Late Harvest wine, made from Vidal grapes, has notes of orange blossom and peel as well as candied fruits. Well ballanced, it’s sweetness reminiscent of honey. A pure pleasure!

Ice Wine

Our Ice Wine is made with Vidal grapes and produced according to the purest tradition. With its dark gold shades, this wine proposes exquisite pineapple and apricot aromas mixed with sweet spices, dried flowers and caramel notes. With its great unctuousness, the palate reveals a fascinating equilibrium with a rich and extra-long finish. A rare wine to share!

Wine & food pairing:
Serve it between 8 and 10 °C with sautéed foie gras and white fruit compote. It can also easily replace dessert. To share with your best friends. Cheers!
